• How can I order my memorial stone?

  Visit our office and a friendly, helpful member of staff will be happy to help and take your order. Orders can also be taken by email or over the phone.

• How do I pay for my memorial stone?

  We ask for a £200.00 deposit at point of order and then the final payment when the memorial stone has been erected in the Cemetery/Churchyard.

• How long will it take from ordering my memorial stone to erection of the memorial?

  If your memorial stone is a stock item it will take up to 10-12 weeks. If your memorial stone is custom built, it will take up to 14-18 weeks.

• How long do we have to leave the ground to settle before we can erect a memorial stone?

  6 months if the memorial headstone is going directly on to a burial ground. Please note if there is a concrete plinth at the back of the grave, the headstone can be fitted immediately. In case of cremated remains, the memorial stone can be fitted immediately after the interment of ashes.

• I have seen a memorial stone that’s not on your website or brochure, can you supply it to me?

  Yes, we can., Any memorial stone you see that's not on our website or in our brochure can be provided. Quotes are available on request.

• I am worried the headstone may be vandalised and I won't be able to replace it. What can I do?

  We offer a product called StoneGuard, protecting your memorial stone from as little as £29 for 5 years. If during this time your memorial stone is damaged, we will repair it for you. If the memorial stone is damaged beyond repair, we will replace the original memorial stone with a new one. There is no excess to pay.
